What To Do To The Masters

  1. Add the low bidders name to the cover sheet.
  2. Delete the "Bid Bond" on the Index and Remove the Bid Bond from the Document.
  3. Complete the Proposal - type in the figures.
  4. On The Last Page of The Bid Proposal - type in the company's name and The Name of The Person Who Signed For Them.
  5. Do the certification on the bottom of the last sheet of the bid proposal

  6. Completed contract agreement.

  7. Performance & Payment Bonds
    • (To Be Dated For The PCC)
  8. Power of Attorney
    • (To Be Dated For The PCC)
  9. Insurance Certificate
  10. Letter Stating Specs Have Been Met
    • (May Be On The Insurance Certificate)
  11. Executed Notice Of Award & Acceptance Of Award
  12. Notice To Proceed
    • (Completed - To Be Dated For The PCC)
  13. Change Order
    • (Blank)
  14. General Conditions
  15. Supplemental General Conditions
  16. Submittal Guide
  17. Addendum (If Applicable) After Index in Tech. Specs.
  18. Technical Specifications
  19. If there are any drawings, they should be put after the Technical Specifications.
